Maintenance Contract Services

What you should know before you sign a contract

Managing Your Network Should NOT be a “Learning Experience”
All too often, service providers deliver technology support services using inexperienced technicians who have never before worked with the technology or software they are supporting.

Essentially, these companies are using your network as a learning environment to train their technicians, and yet you’re still paying full price for their services. There is no legitimate reason that a customer should pay for the time that their service provider spent learning something they should already know.

Beware the Low Bidder
Be sure that the company offering what seems to be the best deal is qualified to deliver the products and services that they are offering. After all, it’s only a good deal if you get what you asked for within the specified timeframe and budget.

Although Pixelwerx isn’t usually the highest bidder, we’re rarely the lowest bidder either, and one of the reasons is quality of service. We consistently provide experienced and certified technicians whose skills command a premium. In simple terms, we pay our technicians more than the competition because to Pixelwerx, they are a valuable commodity. Our pricing structure reflects that value.

Pixelwerx and New Technology
Pixelwerx is constantly working to stay ahead of the technology curve, and we make every effort to ensure that our technicians are properly qualified to service your network.
